Sale offer

When you place an order by submitting an electronic order for any product from one of Natty Platy Ltd’s websites, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract between us. This contract will only commence when we, Natty Platy Ltd (Natty Platy, we, us), confirm acceptance of your order by email. We will then agree to supply the products listed on your order.

Pricing policy

The price shall be the price as quoted on the website on the date the order was placed, subject to any inadvertent pricing errors by Natty Platy.

The price of the products may not include the cost of delivery. Costs of delivery to UK destination can be found on the delivery page. Costs of delivery outside of the UK will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please contact us with your requirements via books(at)nattyplaty.org.

Online payments

We do not accept online payment directly. All online payments are made through PayPal and will be subject to PayPal’s terms & conditions. Should a refund be necessary, we will refund PayPal payments back through PayPal.

Delivery

If you do not take delivery of the product(s) ordered or give us adequate delivery instructions then no duty of care shall apply, any loss or damage or deterioration to the resources shall not render us liable.

If you do not receive all the goods as specified on the original order please notify us in writing within 14 working days from the date of delivery. If you do not inform us within the specified time then no liability will be attached to Natty Platy. In any event any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of such a delivery shall be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or the cost of replacement resources.

Risk of damage or loss of the product(s) ordered shall pass to you on delivery or, if you fail to take delivery of the product(s), the time when we tried to deliver them.

Returns – personal purchases

Should you change your mind about your order, you may return your order within 7 working days of its delivery. A full refund will be given for the returned items and the original postage costs. Any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost. After this 7 day period we will be happy to accept items for return in any of the following cases:

i) The item was found to be damaged or faulty. - We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before despatching a new one.

ii) The item was incorrectly supplied. - If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will be given.

All returns should be sent in accordance with the returns procedure below. Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.

Returns – corporate/business purchases

Our personal returns policy does not apply to those customers who purchase items for business use, resale or on a business account. Instead the following policy applies.

We will be happy to accept items for return in the following cases, providing you inform us of your intention to return within 7 working days of receipt:

i) The item was found to be damaged or faulty - We will replace the item. Any postage costs for returning the faulty item and sending out a replacement will be our responsibility. We will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before despatching a new one.

ii) The item was incorrectly supplied - If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will be given for the incorrectly supplied item. We will require you to send the item back to us at our cost. Items should be returned to us by the most economical method and they remain your property until we have received them.

Responsibility for local taxes and duties

When we ship books for delivery outside the United Kingdom, the recipient is liable for any local taxes or import duties that may be payable.

Variations

Natty Platy reserves the right to amend and/or extend these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms and conditions stipulated above are those currently applicable.
