Dispatch

Your book will be in stock and, in normal circumstances, will be packed and posted either the day we receive payment for your order, or the next working day. For payments made via PayPal we anticipate dispatching orders within twenty four hours of the order being made.

All books are sent via either first class letter post or packet post depending on the quantity ordered. The UK’s first class service suggests arrival the next working day after posting.

Postage and packing

We only charge what it costs us to package and post your books, up to six books after which the postage and packing is free.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch but if your order has been posted, you will be unable to cancel it. However, you will be able to return the item within seven working days of receiving it. Please see the terms & conditions for more details.
